I had a terrible experience. I was in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. When I finally got up to the window they had my order wrong and made it clear that it was my fault. An employee was talking bad about me to other employees and pointing at me. It was the worst experience at zaxbys that I've had. Terrible customer service

The resturant in Downtown Gainesville, ga by the football field could be friendlier!!! They have nasty attitudes in the drive through:(
