Service was slow due to only one register being open.

First time at Zaxby's, food was delicious Paid almost $30.00 for 2 meals and 2 kids meals service was terrible the order taker sound so mad because we ask for a minute to take a look at the menu and the lady at the window never said hi, smile, or said thanks you I ask to see the receive so I know what I was paying for and she reply you need to sign you receive first, overall food was great service was the worse ever.

It was lunch hour and there was one register open with a line of people from the register, wrapped around the booths, all the way to the door. It took 20 mins for my turn at the register. Then the soda fountains were out of order so there was another line of people waiting for drinks from the drive thru employees.

The wait was extended inside and in the drive thru, so much so, that we left. This has been consistent over the past month.
