The food is good however the prices are too high and you always have to wait a long time for your food..and y'all shouldn't charge for extra sauce or a cup of ice

The cashier forgot the second chicken fingers I ordered and charge me for the buffalo sauce instead. Had to reorder the chicken fingers from the other cashier. When I got my first order they forgot my fried mushrooms. Had to go back in to get it and they simply forgot it altogether. Not happy with the service.

Usually the food is perfect. Today the chicken was hard, dry, tasted old and was far from warm. The French fries were super salty and were also old and cold. The whole plate seemed as if it had been sitting out all day. I ordered a large chicken finger plate with extra fries instead of slaw. This was my lunch break from work, so I had to make due with the toast that seemed to be the only thing I could stomach on the plate. Maybe someone new fixed my meal today because this is not normal for zaxbys. I eat here at least 3 times a week for lunch.
