Simply wanted a birthday shake and three cookies. Took us nearly 15 minutes and there was no one ahead of us in the drive through.

The young lady that took my order had to be told to stop talking w/ another employee to take my order. Then I waited 12 minutes for my 2 zaxby salads. But they were good.

Eat at zaxbys every week. Great service but food was terrible this time. Paid $28 for 20 wings and house fried salad. Wings were floating in sauce and very soggy and slimy. Blah

Cold food

Ordered our three usual meals w/ drinks. But all of the toast had hard crusts that were obviously left over and reheated. Very disappointing.
