It was good but service was slow

Good food

Good food, portions get skimpier, price gets higher

Gave me the wrong sauce and my chicken fingers were not hot

Took them 10 min just to take an order and that person only had one small bag. No apology for taking so long or anything. Worst zaxbys I've ever been to

Got a grilled option for kickin chicken sandwich. It was over cooked on one side and I had to peel off tough meet in order to bite. Ice dispenser at water machine didn't work and had to wait in a long line at coke machine. Fried pickles were over cooked.

Good was cold and staff member dropped chicken off the plate onto the counter and made more but not crispy like I asked for them to be cooked

I asked for all flats, and they didn't give me that and then they didn't include a snack of anything in my brother's kids meal

We were disappointed with our food on the occasion. The chicken was hard. The fries were cold and the wings did not have much flavor. We love Zaxby's so I was a little let down by the quality of the food

We eat at zaxbys often but this time the person taking our order didn't seem to pay attention to our order and was slow to respond to us. Tables were dirty and overall was not the best experience of zaxbys.
