Had to wait a little bit but people were nice!

Horrible parking lot and parking Spots and the drive thru is always very slow. However, the food is always excellent.

My son chose this place today and the food was just not good tonight. it was greasy & it had extra batter or something. The employees are always nice. they are constantly on the floor cleaning tables and emptying trash. I love that the drink machine has so many choices these days. The televisions at this restaurant are in perfect spaces they are all easy to see. My son really loves Zaxby's. He would eat here every day if he could.

This restaurant's drive thru is and always has been poorly designed. No room for people in the parking lot to get out when the drive thru line is busy. Some lady got all road rage crazy on me in the parking lot because I was in the drive thru, and she couldn't back out of her parking spot. Her road rage isn't the restaurants fault but because of the restaurant set up I won't be back. They really need to relocate to a better spot.

It was fast, but overall it was not a good experience.
