Zaxby's

Took forever to get food then it was not even piping hot like you would think. Nuggets are premade hard and too much breading. Price goes up every time we go. No value any more and salad prices are ridiculous

It was a slow visit today.

I always enjoy zaxbys as does my family. I visited zaxbys today in the drive thru and get to destination to find that my order was wrong. I phoned my sister as we usually do when we r frustrated and she told me the exact same thing happened to her there two days prior. This is not very good customer service. However they did make it right after I drove there "again" but it should not have happened in the first place

Couldn't order food because the system was down.
