Zaxby's is amazing. I love the real chicken and the time spent preparing the meal. Their customers mean a lot to them

Love your grill cheese sandwich

They need to speed up the service levels. Also, many need to train their employees better on customer service. Zaxby's is not cheap and the customer service needs to reflect the price you are paying.

I didn't order food. A friend I was with wanted to stop to get carry out.

all cash registers were down so they wrote by hand and they were slow and food was disgusting

Not only were wings over cooked but then they drown them in so much sauce, it leaked out the container. Awful and slow.
