Bad choices

Took 20 minutes to get our food. The service was bad and they did not notice me at the counter and continued to serve other people for 10 minutes.

I usually always get the kickin chicken sandwich and the tenders on it are usually so big but this time it was like 1 big tender and two half size tenders. Very disappointed....
