Pretty good

Generally like Zaxby's except for two things: (1) Fries are mediocre unless they are cooked perfectly. (2) Why does it take so long for our order to be produced? We were there at 1pm on a Sunday when this restaurant is always busy, so don't understand why they wouldn't have chicken fingers & fries ready. These delays happen fairly often, so it seems like a process problem.
