Zaxby's

It was Expensive and the food was also kinda cold..

everytime I go to Zaxbys they never give me any sauce on my chicken, even if I tell them to make it sloppy.

Long line when I pulled up so o expected a wait, but not for as long as I sat there. Took about 5 minutes per car in front of me (4 cars) and once I got my food it didn't seem fresh. The fries were very soggy and the chicken was room temperature and not crispy. Also I ordered a coke and received a dr pepper. Of course i realize this once I pull off and I wasn't about to go back thru the line..

They did not describe the menu item that I ask about correctly. I ended up paying for something that I did not want, nor did I eat it!

I was dissatisfied because everyone was getting there food but me and my daughter they had forgotten about our order then placed the order wrong

Chicken tastes raw

Tasted nasty. Took forever then on top of that was to expensive for how it was.

My first visit to zaxby's in 6 months or so due to financial reasons. So I was looking forward to this food. I chose the drive thru for take home enjoyment. The person at the Other end of the speaker phone was having a hard time speaking their words clearly. Their words just ran together. When I pulled to the window I also had a hard time understanding "Princess whoever " sorry i only remember "Princess" from her name tag. chose the House Salad which comes with your choice of grilled or fried chicken. I chose the grilled for the healthy choice. And blue cheese salad dressing. (Not healthy but I will have lemon water with my food). I paid she gave me my food in a reasonable amount of time. As I pulled away I thought I smelled something burned. I looked in the bag couldn't really see too well as it was about dusk. When I arrived home I was very anxious for my Zaxby's Salad. The chicken was ok not burned just a little extra brown. BUT now I have no salad dressing. What? No salad dressing? NO salad dressing!!! So I check my frig really hoping I had overlooked some salad dressing before I left to go to Zaxby's. Checked my bag twice for salad dressing. Now imagine my TOTAL disappointment in Zaxby's. I ate the chicken and tomatoes and a little of the salad mixture and tossed the rest. I was not happy. And a day later still not happy! They owe me!!!
