We ordered the bday milkshakes and was disappointed that they didn't have the chocolate cream to go on top and it didn't taste very good

The seating was full except two tables and one of the two weren't clean. Most of the people seated were done eating and just solcializing and I feel like the manager should have approached them nicely but ask them to move on as there were more people coming in and my family felt like we needed to hurry so they could sit down. The food is always good there but the cost is a little high when you have a large family of six.

I love the nibbler meals

It was around 9pm when we visit the Chatsworth location. The girl who took our order left the front while food was being cooked and started cleaning the dining room. She seen our food was ready but never went and got it. I had to walk over and ask the drive thur guy to hand it to me. Not only that but I felt unwelcome and rushed. The girl who was cleaning the dining room was stacking chairs in the tables and booths. It made me feel rushed to get out and like we were in the way. As we were leaving several people came in.....I don't know where they were going to sit.
