Ice machine is broke and the coke ms jibe didn't have any vanilla in it.

food was good but very slow

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Good was ok. Staff was nice but no explanation for the long wait time.

I have never been so dissatisfied with Zaxbys. It started from getting our drinks. The Coke machine was nasty and sticky, and black things were floating around in our drinks. When we received our meals the disappointment continued. The "chicken tenders" looked more like over cooked, dried out little scraggly pieces of tenders. For the price I paid for 3 "tenders" they should look like tenders and be fresh! After taking the meal back to the counter the cashier had no clue what to do about my complaint. The manager threw the on the counter back to the kitchen and said "she wants better tenders". No apology, nothing. Just "new tenders will be up in 30 seconds",really? My little boy wanted a brownie before we left so against my better judgement I purchased one. The so called manager took my order and before handing us the brownie she took the date sticker off. As we were walking out the door I could hear the employees and her laughing. Needless to say I didn't let him eat the possibly old brownie. Never again! Never! Lost a customer! And hopefully others as well.

I waited 10 minutes extra for my order because boneless wasn't ready. They didn't close the food container so my meal was everywhere loose in the bag. The drink tasted flat. The chicken was dry like it had been sitting out long and tasted rewarmed. ive
