my food was cold but expensive!

The online order is a complete waste. When I went to pick up my order they did not have it ready as quoted. They make the order once you come in and it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and requesting a pick up time. That was VERY frustrating!

Was told the Cajun spice chicken sandwich would take 6 minutes. It took 15 minutes to get it. We were order # 95 (order #s 96-99 were ready before ours).

It took us over 20 mins to get our food. Several oher tables recieved their food before us and even my sister in law who was with us got her food about 15 mins before we got ours. Very disapponted in the speed of service at this location.
