Have not been to Zaxby's in a very long time because never had a positive experience. The food was always cold, but decided to go there today and was pleasantly surprised. The food was hot and very good today. May have gained a customer again.

Came with family. I generally feel like zaxby's is over priced but it is good. There were a bunch of screaming kids running around (a ball team I think) that made the experience less than enjoyable but that wasn't the restaurant's fault.
