Good chicken and sweet tea.

The good was great, and the employees are always nice. My only problem is when I order wings, the ranch is usually in the box with the wings and the sauce gets all over the ranch container, causing a huge mess, especially for those of us who eat on the go.

Nice clean location. Group of teenagers were running around too much

Good, but wish they had healthier options other than a salad.

The food was good but the staff was very rude. I sat and waited for over 5 minutes just for someone to look at me and ask if I needed anything and all I wanted was some seasoning, the manager looked directly at me and when I went to say something he turned away and acted like I wasn't there. I ended up not getting my seasoning and had to go back to eat what was now cold food because of how long I waited. I will not return

Speed of service is terrible. They were friendly his time but usually not. We usually go to one in east brainerd road but didn't have time to get there.

I visited zaxbys around 7:45 and the employee asked me told me to wait a second before placing my order. I then waited about 6 minutes before I asked her if she was ready and she told me to go ahead with my order. I pulled up to the window and the employees were rude. I asked if there was zax sauce in my box and they said there was. She didn't offer ketchup or any other sauces. She just handed me my food. She didn't say thank you or have a nice day. I wouldn't normally be offended but she was rude from the second I tried to place an order. I will not be returning to this location.

They first tried to tell me they do not sell wings, then that the ran out. It took 15 minutes to get my food. The cashier told me to hurry up and order. In addition to being extremely rude, my food was awful and nothing was done to better it. I will never be rearming to this location
