Zaxby's

I was very disappointed. The staff were rude! I watched my food sit in the window while other orders were served and numbers after mine were called. Then when the girl had nothing else to do but hand my order over, she walked off past me almost nudging me without even saying, "excuse me." The girl that took my order was helping someone else and had to leave her customer to hand me my tray. But stood there staring at me a few minutes before she called my number. When I finally received my food, the hot wings were hard. So hard in fact that I had to get a fork, and could barely stick the plastic fork through the meat. I won't be going back.

order was wrong but didnt realize until got home...30 minutes away...couldn't go back

I visited the Zaxby's on Evan street in Florence South Carolina, the service was quick and friendly but when we got our food the fries were cold and hard! The manager on duty got us some hot fries and we were able to finish our meal! I just believe the cooks should never send out cold fries!
