I love their food, their chicken is very good & it doesn't seem like "fast food"

Quick service. Grilled sandwich was good but way too much sauce made it über messy. Fries were soggy by the time we got home

I ordered 2 zax club baskets,fries old and cold. And I drove 6 miles to that location. Tenders not fresh or cooked earlier.

ordered 2 chocolate shakes. Cups were only 2/3 full and not as cold as a milkshake should be. Cost seemed high for product received.

I ordered a kickin chicken with wimpy instead of tongue torch. I get home & all I had was wimpy sauce. That left off the ranch sauce.
