Okay experience

My children chose to eat at this establishment. The food was good and arrived in a timely manner. The soda machine was out of diet coke. I noticed the trash can closest to us was turned around so it could not be used. With 4 of us, I made a couple trips to the other can. Then I noticed an associate take a tray, turn it upside down and place it under the opening of 2 recepticals. So out of the 6 cans I saw, only 2 were usable.
