Each zaxbys is different. One location gives you a good quantity of food and another gives you less.

We waited probably 20 minutes in the drive through before we even got to order, once we got to the window it took long as well.

Good food

The food was pretty good but the environment on the restaurant left something to be desired. The dining room was crowded with furniture and difficult to navigate, especially with our handicapped daughter in a wheelchair. The trash can was impossible to locate and when we finally found it, it was on the opposite side of the restaurant. The bathroom doors opened out wards into a small narrow hallway, again making it very difficult to navigate for a disabled person. Too expensive and not well designed restaurant.

Good food

I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and it had very little chicken salad on it. I live about 7 miles from Zaxby's and didn't want to go back to get it remedied. It was mostly bread.

was very clean and staff was friendly my granddaughter had to use rest room was why we stopped there didn't make purchase

They didn't have zaxbys fries, they did not give my everything I asked for.
