Food was cold chicken was very tough took a while to get it suggesting that maybe it say around getting cold while employees were doing other things

Service of getting my order was very slow about 20 minutes

Originally I was going to dine in because I came 45 minutes before my class started, which should be more than enough time to get my food, eat it, and drive across the street. I waited 20 minutes for my food, and it still did not get called. They were 18 orders behind my number. I had to tell them to make my food to go as i could not wait anymore or else I would be late for class. I did not say anything, or ask for anything. I just took my food kindly and left. I am just disappointed.

Close to closing time so they rushed my tater chips and they were floppy/not crunchy

They did not put enough sauce in the sandwich

Wait time in the drive thru is horrible, it has been a lot of times of worst waiting time
