Awful! Out of Zax sauce but still charged me for a replacement sauce. How do you run out of Zax sauce? When I received my chicken finger plate, the cole slaw was missing. I asked about it and was told that they were also out of cole slaw. Worst Zaxbys experience. Very disappointed.
