Love zaxbys food & location but they are starting to put way too much sauce on the chicken/wings which makes them soggy

My first ever visit to a zaxby's. There are two being built where I live in bossier city. I felt extremely rushed at the drive thru speaker. I didn't receive any ketchup for my fries and didn't realize that until I was about 5 miles down The interstate. Didn't realize I had to ask for it. Food was good, but hardly ate any of my fries because of the lack of ketchup.

The fries were cold, which they replaced. The chicken was like rubbery.
