Service was good and drive thru was pretty fast. Food was a little over cooked.

The parking lot is way too small. It's a nightmare trying to get in and out of there. That's why we choose to keep going. The drive thru is pretty slow so it takes forever for cars to move around so you can get out.

Cashier was un personable & smacked on her gum while she took our order. The chicken was highly unseasoned & dry. Fries tasted old & the toast was burnt & tasted old as well. My moms food was just as bad. The drinks were sadly the highlight of the meal. Very unsatisfied Zaxbys!
