I was quite disappointed with the speed of service. The staff was busier chatting with each other. There were not many people in the store or in the drive through. I don't understand why it took almost 25 minutes for our food to be prepared.

Zaxby is always slow. I attended because it was one of the only things open after 10pm.

The entire visit took about 35mins throughly the drive thru. The chicken fingers were fried too hard & we're only partly coated with spicy barbecue sauce. The cashier was very friendly & smiling .

Chicken strips was cooked in burnt oil! And I spent 30 mins in the drive thru and the line wasn't long...

I love Zaxbys but this particular time and location I was highly disappointed with the mix up of orders and time it took to get my order. Never had problems with this location before and was surprised with all the hustle and bustle. Hopefully next time my visit will be more satisfying.

I ordered my food at 10:50 a.m. Online and scheduled it for an 11:10 a.m pickup. I left from work on my lunch break at 11:30 a.m. Upon arrival I was greeted and told the young lady I was picking up an online order. Of course, it wasn't ready. She proceeded to ask me to ask the cook if he had an online order and he had a look of impatience on his face and she had to ask him more than once. I waited maybe 7 more minutes for my order. I had to ask for my cups because they weren't ready. As I was going to get my drinks my orders was being bagged and I heard the lady say "where is she"?? Instead of saying "Ma'am, your order is ready". I check my bag and proceeded to leave. I just couldn't understand why my order that I ordered at 10:50 am and scheduled for an 11:10 pickup want ready at 11:30. I will definitely not be returning anytime soon.
