Zaxby's

I'm very happy that I had a free coupon to try out Zaxby's. My coupon was for "A MEAL OF MY CHOICE"!! So the second I tell them that I had a free coupon for a full meal then they started treating me like I was just a nobody there. So after they know about the free coupon then alls I said was-May I get breaded chicken instead of the grilled chicken with this meal, and the guy said I don't know and I said well can you ask someone please? The guy ended up saying yes I could. Which I know that you can choose grilled or breaded chicken at almost any place to eat. When I pulled up to the window the girl just stared at me, so I handed her my free card. She was very very rude and did not say one word to me only when I asked her what size fries that was in the meal box because there was hardly any French fries in that meal box. The sandwich was very cold and the fries were under-cooked and cold as well. I am very well mannered, and I raised my kids to be the same way. If your going to have someone working at your restaurant then the boss needs to be monitoring her employees. You will never catch my family there and I will spread the word to others as well. This was my first time ever going to Zaxby's and it will be my last.
