Boyfriend loves birthday cake Shake, but I'm lactose-intolerant so I couldn't drink/eat the Shake.

The person taking my order was rude. My fries were soggy and the chicken was cold. I was not told about the additional charge for my sauce and since I work at chickfila where we give as many sauces as you want, I was not expecting it. I had never eaten at Zaxby's before so I decided to try it and I will never be back. I paid $10 for a meal that I couldn't eat.
