Zaxby's always has good, hot menu items that are high quality. I have had several visits to the Athens, Ga Zaxby's when it took an exceptionally long time in the drive through. I have actually pulled out of line and left my food twice. The only reason I have returned is because my husband likes a certain menu item and it is the closest location. Staff is not rude but not overly friendly, although they typically have to apologize for the wait. If someone asked my opinion of this location, I would warn them not to go.
