everything was great except they put a salad in with the hot food and when I got home the salad was hot and the cheese was melted.

We were en route to Florida. There was a sign on the highway sign. We assumed it was immediately off the interstate but it was actually 2 miles away. The staff was reasonably friendly but the salad had a lot of the salad fallen off the actual plate onto the tray. All the food presentation was sloppy. Need to work on attention to detail.

Love the food but really hate the freestyle machines for drinks. Ruins the experience.

I love the food and atmosphere but had to ask the one taking my order to repeat what he said. He either was trying to hurry or was not capable of speaking clearly. Either way a bit frustrating when acing my order
