This visit was not the best. We waited in the drive thru line forever and then when we finally got our food we drove off only to have to turn around and go back because they left out one of our meals. This has happened several times before during other visits and it seems like no one really cares and "sorry" is said to try and pacify a potential frustrated customer.

I ordered 10 chicken fingers and you could tell they were old. They were also hard. Disappointed because I love Zaxbys.

I went through the drive thru I purchased boneless wings and fries. The wings were cold and the fries were soggy.

I asked for a sweet tea and lemonade mixed with no ice; when I received my order I noticed I only had sweet tea and it had ice in it. Not only that but my food wasn't hot. I went in to exchange my drink when the cashier informed that their soda machine was broken. If someone would've told me that before I placed an order I wouldn't have ordered at all.
