It was very busy. Drive thru was a little slower than usual but not bad considering how busy they were. I go there often and my order is always fast and accurate.

They were working on the speaker. It was slow. Took too long. My iced tea had NO ice so I asked for a cup of ice. It was cubed ice instead of crushed ice.

Not only did I end up having to sit and wait in the drive-thru line for over 25 mins, but when I asked the guy who was taking my order if the chicken fingers were small or large, he assured me that they were good-sized. I paid over $18.00 for very small chicken fingers to feed several people --which they did NOT! And, the worst thing is they automatically come with 4 containers of Zax sauce...I asked what did it taste like and 5 girls right there at the pick-up window had no idea what to say. I just wish that there had been a variety of sauces to choose from! The Zax sauce was almost as disgusting as the chicken fingers, which had a really nasty taste to them...almost like they were old or something? The Zax sauce was more like something an 8yr old kid would maybe like. Something akin to ketchup mixed with something else -- maybe ranch dressing and something else? It was gross, needless to say...Maybe offer one of those, one honey mustard, one B-B-Q sauce and one ranch? Anything but that disgusting Zax sauce! What a disappointment for my first ever and last visit there!!!
