I love going here, nice people and clean but this time I found a hair in my chicken it was part of the batter

Didn't receive all my food and wings were hot when I ordered mild. Also missing all my extra sauces that I paid for

The girl at the window couldn't seem to comprehend my order and kept messing it up. I verified that she had it right before I paid but when my food came it still wasn't completely correct and they didn't give me any of my sauces. Very frustrating!
