Food is always good and staff is friendly. The past 4 times I have been to Zaxbys I've had to wait a very long time for my food. I've had to pull up and park and wait on food

It took a total of 20 minutes in the drive-thru and the majority of that time was sitting and waiting on the five items ordered to be brought out to my car after being asked to pull forward. I live about three miles away and by the time I got home to eat, most of my fries where cold.
