The order was fast but not as good as usual

The service here was the slowest i've had at any zaxbys location. They weren't even busy, but it took forever to get my food!

The people were rude and food wasn't great

The food was ok but to many times I have been to zaxbys and they shorted be a chicken finger of two. And when I return on another visit and bring it up to staff. There attitude was like whatever and nothing more was said
