Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The manager of this location needs to watch what she comments on customers. I was out checking out the car and my husband was still inside and I jokingly made a comment of where's my convertible. And she made the comment of, you can't please everybody can you. Hello does she not realize I was joking and that someone I was with heard her. Keep your comments to yourself or make light of it and say she was probably joking! Which I was.

the agents knew I was renting a car to go out of town and gave me one without cruise control. they tried to get me a different car at another location, but all they had was a mini van.
