Fast friendly service. Had big serving of the food and could not eat it all but it was good.

The tea wasn't sweet. They gave me the wrong drink. My chicken fingers were super small and not much chicken.

It was a good time very clean bathroom good service everyone was friendly. It almost doesn't feel like fast food. We like this zazbys and will be returning keep up the good work

eeeehhh....overpriced...cashier was not very familiar with the meals and the number of fingers with each type of meal...was frustrating!

Slow service

Zaxby's is always slow. It's incredibly annoying when it takes you 10 minutes to get a grilled house salad and it doesn't matter if you go through the drive thru or dine in, it will still take FOREVER without fail every time. And on tonight in particular my salad tasted a little off. like it wasn't mixed well and for some reason it was just kind of gross for no rhyme or reason. And to add to the weird taste, I always ask for cucumbers and tomatoes off of my salad and the one I had tonight in particular had a cucumber sneak into the mix which by time I I finally found it, it was already in my mouth and ruined eating the whole salad for me. I was too grossed out from eating that cucumber (which someone in the kitchen wasn't careful enough to keep out of my salad in the first place) that I couldn't continue eating it. it was a less than pleasant experience tonight.
