The staff could have been friendlier

The guy behind the counter smelled like smoke. Also, the manager was getting on to an employee at the counter.

Food took forever and the restaurant was dirty, most of the tables weren't wiped down. Only one bathroom stall in the bathroom.

I asked for an extra cup for my milkshake and the older Caucasian lady gave me a look and sarcastically said when I walked away here's your extra cup for your milkshake. The three chocolate chip cookies I ordered were stale and really hard. Shame because usually cookies at zaxbys are on point

Immediately after I placed my order I asked to make my drink a large and I was ignored. At the window the cashier practically threw the food and my card and receipt at me and slammed the window. My chicken sandwich was smashed and dry and she did not give me ketchup after being asked. An awful meal
