Food came out wrong but they politely corrected it

Love their salads but the chicken on mine seemed a little over cooked.

Drive thru took so long I turned off the car - using too much gas. No apologies by the 2 male teens at the window.

Ok. Out of straws and Dr Pepper

Took forever

I realize this isn't fast food, but the drive through moved so slowly we considered leaving some time after placing our order. Luckily we pulled into a parking space to check our order. The buffalo salad had no buffalo sauce. Neither salad had salad dressing. When we went back in, one of the workers questioned the fact that the salad should have buffalo sauce. I was disappointed that the lite vinegar dressing contained high fructose corn syrup and red dye. Really? That's a healthy alternative? I don't think it's possible to eat healthy at zaxby's .
