order was incorrect. the person with me ordered the exact item and got his 5 minutes before me. he ordered after me. 6 customers who ordered after me got their food before me. I only ordered a salad

Long line at drive through. Went inside to order to go. Dispensers were out of sweet tea.

This location was very disorganized on this visit. I don't usually shop here, but it is the worst Zaxbys we have visited in quite some time.

After waiting 20 min in the drive thru I asked the cashier for a Zaxbys sauce because I didn't get on with my order she insisted that I pay 25 cents for one when I didn't receive one in the first place... After spending nearly 30 min in the drive thru the least she could have done was not argue with me about a sauce... I will not be coming back to thus location
