It was okay, nothing special today...

The line at the drive thru was not moving I sat there for at least 5minutes so I went inside and it was taking forever. I finally got my food and my fries were undercooked and they did not give me half the fries I was supposed to be getting. Highly disappointed

Staff wasn't friendly and restaurant was very dirty.

The restaurant was very dirty. Seen employees in the kitchen eating while preparing food. Nasty!

I eat Zaxbys all the time. This was the worst food I have ever had from this restaurant. Chicken fingers were cold. Fries were cold and not seasoned. TERRIBLE!!! I was traveling so I was unable to go back and complain.
