Zaxby's

There was no customer service. It was almost as if they had a "you know what it is" type attitude. My total was not told to me at the window. My card was taken and given back, no greetings, acknowledgment, etc. I was given food but it might as well been by a goblin.

Usually this Zaxbys performance is superior, however this time I was served a regular plate when I order a large. Also the fingers were pretty cold. I called and spoke to a manager and he put me down for a free meal on my next return. I can forgive this one incident since there usually pretty good.
