Zaxby's

It was Awesome!

The drive thru and parking lot of this Zaxby's was very inconvenient

I think the cashier thought she was being friendly. She even pointed out the survey and told me if I did the survey to put that she was my cashier. But her service was not very good. She made me feel rushed and when I asked how she was doing she responded with "eating here or to go"

the cashier was very nasty soda was not to get another soda and she said that so they wouldn't be strong either

There was a roach crawling on the wall and the managers response was "it happens". That was probably not the best response to a customer.

Wanted a salad without fried onions or either to substitute the friend onions for real onions. Zaxbys could not grant that request so I said thank you and left.. Unhealthy toppings on a salad makes it unhealthy.

Great food! The drive thru was at a stand still for a long time, but the food was amazing as always

On this visit I waited over 30 min between ordering my food and receiving it thru a drive thru! It was finally my turn at the speaker no one said anything.. For over 5 min I had to call the restaurant to let them know that I have been up at the speaker for over 5 min and that no one has came to take my order even with me saying hello loudly into the speaker constantly. Then I place my order have to wait until cars Before me received their food then finally i was at the window and I payed and literally sat there another 15 plus min to receive my food. This zaxbys is horrible!

Couldn't order because they ran out of grilled chicken for a salad .
