Food was good

The young man that waited on me was very hospitable and pleasant. It took a little longer then normal to get my food. There was a mess at the beverage station that needed attention.

Salad was good. Store was clean.

Good food. Seemed understaffed and very busy. Had to wait for ice/soda machine to be fixed to get ice. No sweet tea, so I had to go to the counter then they had to mix in sugar before being able to serve me. The food portion was super small, but it was too busy for me to even bother with trying to make a complaint. The food was hot and tasted good. Speed of service was good because we got there before a crowd came. Overall, okay.

Food was fine. I don't like how the drive thru menu is laid out. But the people were friendly and the food was fine. Pretty good speed to get my food, especially compared to other Zaxby's locations.

It was ok staff was not trained and my salad was little bit to mushy
