OK food. Price could be better based on food quality.

For two fingers it was 6.99 and there was way to much terraki sauce on them.

Zaxbys has become one of the only fast food restaurants I will visit. They usually get the order correct and offer fresh foods. This experience was not a great one. I ordered a diet Coke and I was given Coke Zero without being asked if that was ok. I can taste the difference and I would have liked to have had the chance to get something else. My sandwich was fresh but it was dry. It's very inconsistent on the amount of tongue torch sauce and ranch I get when I order the kickin chicken sandwich. Sometimes it's dripping all over and I need 15 napkins. This time my kickin chicken sandwich was lacking the kick. The fries were a little undercooked. Those big crinkle cut fries are not good when they are under done!!
