The special offer for the anniversary celebration was a great value. I chose to go inside to order so I could express my need for customizing my order to the clerk and ensure they got it right. I tried the chips and they were good but not what I expected. Zaxbys food is always fresh.

zaxbys food is almost always good as is their team and service. I expect it to be good since it costs more than other places

Great food, as usual. But the garbage can outside the door was overflowing so I was worried how the service would be. But it was all good.
