Zaxby's

All good

We love the blackened Blue Salad, but the side of onion rings were not worth the almost $2 price. The onion rings were only batter and were very skinny, and we got only maybe 7 rings in the side order. The only time we go to Zaxbys is when we crave this salad and you have to use the drive thru. Otherwise if you go inside it takes on average 30 minutes to get your food after ordering from at least 3 different experiences at various locations.

Average, good lunch, nothing that stands out

I love the food and the guy was friendly but a few notes: -I ordered a Nibbler Meal but got a Kickin Chicken sandwich instead. I checked the receipt and he put it in as a Kickin Chicken. Not sure how he misunderstood, but it wasn't a big deal because the Kickin Chicken was good. -Every time I come to this location the receipt can hardly be read because they never replace the ink. This is annoying because I would like to do the survey but cannot distinguish the numbers. -The root beer from the Freestyle machine tasted weird. Replaced it with Dr Pepper and that tasted okay.

I made an order online and it told me it did not go through. So when I got there I made a new order and paid for it. Come to find out they charged me twice! And refused o fix the mistake
