Spicy mushrooms always take a long time. Chicken was cold

I wanted to substitute fries with a different side. I told them I would pay extra and was told I can't do that. Not a customer friendly policy. Additionally, ordered a 5 strip and only got 4.. And they were dried out.

Zaxbys staff were super nice but the food was greasy. I would rather go to chickfila
