Service was horrible Gave our food to someone else Waited 15 mins for our food Should have been free

Our trip to Zaxbys was a little disappointing. We had to pull forward for about 6-7 minutes to wait on a grilled cheese. They left out the kids drinks, a large meal was regular sized, and my diabetic father received a Coke instead of Diet Coke to drink.

Prices are too high. Chicken wings are small. And I got very few fries.

The food was terrible. Boneless was re did into the fryer like they was fresh and hard the fries was old and cold. Everything was awful
