The speed of the service at the drive was pathetic. It took at least 20 miles to serve the 5-6 cars in front of us. The portion in the to go box certainly did not appear to be the same size as one that would be served when going into the store. I find this dishonest and taking advantage of the customer that can't return to the store once the containers are opened at a later time.

I always eat Zaxby. I ordered wings and things I asked for all rich because I do not care for zax sauce.I got to work and got ready to eat and I did not have all range. I was highly upset because I dip everything and ranch. This restaurant is particular about charging people for sauce and the types of sauces that they have and they should be more careful and more observant. I check my receipt and it said all ranch but my box did not have all ranch. This was upsetting to me because my mouth was watering for ranch and I ran out of range before I could finish my meal I know this may sound petty but when you are paying for the sauce it's not also the speaker was not working on the drive-through which is understandable due to the construction but the cashiers saved a little frustrated because of all this which should not be shown to the paying customer
