Zaxby's

I got a salad and it was good, but the lettuce was way too wet and there wasn't enough dressing, making the salad not so good.

We always enjoy eating at Zaxby's. I especially love their salads!

i like zaxbys however their rate of speed is more than slow, the drive thru and inside line. the booth i briefly sat at had a milkshake spill and trash all under it, the table was also dirty. they also had no straws set out in the drink station. what most dissatisfied me more than anything was my order. i ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal and while the sandwich was nice the french fries were not mediocre to say the least, they were way overcooked almost burned and too hard to eat. instead of asking me to wait a minute or two (as i had already been waiting 10-15minutes) for fresh fries the give me overcooked ones and douse them in seasoning salt. very dissatisfied.

Need to make sure the fries are seasoned.

This location was very dirty. Staff seemed new but was not friendly and would not speak where you could understand them. Manager was present and walking around but nothing being done with the ice/water/drinks on the floor near the drink machine and napkin counter area. People were almost falling as they got their drink(s) and supplies.

slow and overpriced

I have visited the Zaxbys in Simpsonvlle SC before and been pleased with the food. However, this time it was not a good experience. When we received our order the sauces were wrong so I asked to exchange them and they still gave me the wrong ones. I just decided to keep them because the kitchen staff acted so confused and put out that I didn't want to bother anymore. I ordered the buffaloed blue zalad. The tray and plate were filthy! It was like they had been dipped in a vat of grease! My chicken was cold and chewy. I had ordered nuclear but that was not what I received. I believe they gave me chicken that had been previously fried and dipped in the regular sauce sitting back in kitchen for who knows how long! My daughter ordered the nibbler meal and her chicken was cold and chewy as well. When we arrived some employees were sitting at the tables on break I assumed. There must have been 5 or more . When we left they were still sitting there... Along with a few more! Meanwhile, at the ONE register that was opened a line of many people had formed. People were having to wait a long time and were getting aggravated. Why were those employees lounging when there were customers waiting? To sum this review up... The food was terrible, restaurant dirty, Employees not helpful, and the service was awful! I will not return to this Zaxbys and will not recommend it to anyone.
